Cookie Policy
Last updated
This policy explains the essential cookies and browser storage used to keep you signed in and remember your display choices. We do not use advertising cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that websites save on your device. Websites can also use browser storage, which works in a similar way, to remember things between pages and visits.
What we use
When you sign in, we set an essential session cookie to recognize your account. The customer cookie is courier-customer-session; staff use courier-admin-session. They expire after seven days, or are removed when you sign out. They are sent only to this website and cannot be read by page scripts. Older session cookies are cleared when you sign in or out.
We also use browser storage for these display preferences:
- sb-theme remembers your day or night choice, so the site looks the way you left it. It stays on your device until you clear it or switch back to your system's setting.
- sb-loader remembers that the opening animation has already played, so it only shows once per browsing session. It is removed when you close the tab.
The display preferences stay on your device. Account pages may also use session storage to remember whether you have dismissed the welcome card during the current session. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Other websites
Our pages link to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. When you follow those links, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them.
Managing storage
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Public pages remain available, but blocking session cookies prevents you from staying signed in. Clearing browser storage resets your display and welcome-card choices.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that use other cookies or browser storage, we will update this policy and explain your choices.
